1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
- Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (within the U.S.)
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs inspections.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- At this time, we only ship to locations where THC beverages are legally permitted.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or regions where restrictions apply.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding THC-based products.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order is shipped.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- Fizz N Chill is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
- For lost packages, please reach out to the carrier directly first. If unresolved, contact us for further assistance.
6. International Shipping & Customs
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government.
- Fizz N Chill is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
